This policy explains how Glo (Glo, Inc.) collects, uses, and shares personal information. It covers (a) advertisers who use our platform, (b) visitors to our sites, and (c) consumers who interact with Glo-delivered ads, for example, scanning a QR code on a screen.
01 What We Collect
Account and business data; payment data handled by a third-party processor (Glo does not store full card numbers); creative content you submit; usage data; and campaign and QR interaction data (scans, landing pages, coarse screen location, timestamps). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
02 How We Use It
To provide and operate the service, measure ad performance in aggregate, improve and secure the platform, communicate with you, and comply with law. Glo does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Screen-delivered ads are contextual (place-based), not targeted at identified individuals.
03 Sharing
Publisher partners receive delivery logs needed for billing and brand-safety auditing. Service providers (hosting, payments, analytics, support) act under contract. We disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a corporate transaction.
04 Your Rights
Depending on your state (including under the CCPA as amended), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal information, and to opt out of sale / sharing (we do neither). Exercise rights at privacy@we-are-glo.com.
05 Retention & Security
We keep personal information only as long as needed, then delete or de-identify it. Campaign delivery records are retained 24 months for billing and audit.

Our sites use essential cookies and, with consent where required, analytics cookies. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where legally required.
