These Terms govern use of the Glo platform (we-are-glo.com and related services) by businesses that subscribe to distribute advertising ("Advertiser," "you"). By creating an account, clicking accept, or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your business.
01 The Service
Glo distributes your advertising creative across third-party screens and media, connected TV, in-venue screens, digital out-of-home, web, and mobile placements, using automated formatting, an editorial moderation gate, and automated delivery. You provide source material (e.g., a video or Reel link); Glo generates derivative formats (crops, aspect ratios, end-cards with your business details) and delivers them across the network. No guaranteed placements. Delivery depends on third-party inventory availability.
02 Subscription, Billing & Cancellation
Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise) at the price shown at purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing support@we-are-glo.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failed payments may result in suspension after 7 days' notice.
03 Your Content, License & Warranties
You grant Glo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license for the subscription term to host, copy, reformat, crop, edit, generate derivatives of, and distribute your creative across the Glo network. You warrant that you own or have licensed all rights in your creative for off-platform commercial redistribution, that advertising is truthful and lawful, and you indemnify Glo and its publisher partners against third-party claims arising from your creative.
04 Moderation & Content Standards
Every asset passes Glo's moderation gate. Prohibited content includes unlawful or deceptive claims, adult content, weapons, tobacco / vape, illegal drugs, hate or harassment, political advertising (unless separately approved), and content infringing third-party rights.
05 Term, Suspension & Termination
These Terms apply while you hold an account. Glo may suspend or terminate for breach, legal risk, or non-payment; you may terminate by cancelling your subscription.
06 Disclaimers & Liability
The service is provided "as is." Glo's total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
